TAXES AND DUTIES 

Within Canada
Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes will be added to orders shipping to destinations within Canada. 

International
No Canadian tax is added to products shipping to destinations outside of Canada. These products may, however, be subject to import duties or taxes in accordance with the laws of the destination country, which you or the recipient will be responsible for at the time of delivery. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local custom office. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks for on-line products that we have in stock. We do not, however, guarantee any time frame and your products may take longer. We ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground to most North American destinations. If you would like rush delivery, please call us at 416.362.3583 or email orders (at) fluf.ca to make arrangements.

If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you to advise of revised delivery times.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 

Shipping rates are as follows:
- $9.50 for orders up to $75
- no shipping charge for orders over $75

We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the continental United States on orders over $75 (before tax). If faster delivery is requested, please contact us for shipping rates.

Please note that, for items that are shipped to you free of charge, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on any returns that are not damaged or incorrect. Please contact us or review our Return Policy below for more information.

SHIPPING AREA
We currently offer delivery throughout Canada and the continental United States. We regret that we cannot ship to any other destinations through our website at this time.

If you have a special request to ship to another destination, please contact us and we will advise you of shipping charges and try to accommodate you.
PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars.
 
Payment for all purchases made on Fluf’s website will be processed through Paypal or our secure credit card gateway. We accept Visa and MasterCard, but for your security, we do not store your credit card information.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied! You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and product tag(s).

To return or exchange an item, please contact us with the reason for the return or exchange and, if it is an exchange, the product that you request in exchange. We will send you a return shipping address and a return authorization number (RA#), WHICH MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE BOX. Boxes sent to us without an RA# will be rejected by our warehouse.

We are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs on returned items. For items that were shipped to you free of charge, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on any returns that are not damaged or incorrect. You will be advised of your non-refundable shipping charge when we send you a return authorization number. If you are concerned about possible non-refundable shipping charges in the case of a return, please contact Fluf before placing your order to determine the approximate charge, in the event of a return.

For your security, please ship your package with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS Parcel Post) that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of delivery, and retain your receipt – FLUF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Packages must be sent with freight prepaid. COD SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All special orders, sale items and seasonal items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be authorized on these items. We cannot accept returns for Fluf items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store. Requests for returns made more than 30 days following the date of receipt will not be authorized.
